REFUND POLICY
At palletliquidationdepotusa, we strive to provide the most accurate representation of our inventory. However, due to the nature of the liquidation industry—where we deal in customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls—all sales are governed by the following policy.
1. All Sales are Final
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all pallets and truckloads are sold “AS-IS.” Once a pallet leaves our warehouse or is dispatched via freight, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after the purchase.

Yield Dissatisfaction: Not being happy with the specific items found inside a “blind” or unmanifested pallet.

Minor Damage: Cosmetic wear, broken packaging, or non-functional items that are typical in secondary market sourcing.
2. Qualifying for a Refund or Credit
We understand that major errors can happen. You may be eligible for a partial refund, store credit, or reshipment only under the following circumstances:

Significant Discrepancy: You received a completely different category of pallet than what was ordered (e.g., you ordered “Electronics” but received “Apparel”).

Gross Misrepresentation: A manifested pallet is missing a significant percentage of the high-value items listed.

Logistical Damage: The pallet arrived with structural damage caused by the carrier that compromised the safety or integrity of the goods (requires Insured Shipping selection).
3. The 48-Hour Inspection Window
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, any claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Step 1: Do not process or sort the pallet further once the issue is identified.

Step 2: Email claims@palletliquidationdepotusa.com with your Order ID.

Step 3: Provide high-resolution photos of the pallet (including the shrink wrap and labels) and the specific items in question.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by our management team:

It will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs and return freight (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was solely on our part.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been “Staged” or “Processed” for shipping. Because our inventory moves fast, a 15% restocking fee may apply to canceled orders to cover the labor of re-binning and re-listing the inventory.
