2. Quality Expectations

Liquidation pallets contain returns and overstock. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the condition of every individual item. Minor cosmetic wear or packaging damage is typical and does not qualify for a return.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Pallets that have been opened or partially processed by the customer.

  • Issues reported after the 48-hour inspection window.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once a pallet is staged for transport, the sale is final.
